I have diagnosed with abpa.i have long history of asthma i.e25 years.im taking itraconzole and prednisolon with montilucast and antihistamine.i want to know whats the procedure o to know is abpa is responding to treatment.dont feelanydifficultyinwork?

I do not know what abpa means. Never use abbreviations. They can be deadly in medicine. But suspect you need a proper pulmonary function test.

Repeat the ABPA panel, including total IgE. Pulmonary testing and repeat imaging also recommended. Please follow up with your Pulmonologist. ABPA occurs in association with asthma. A healthtap consult may be scheduled.
