No angina is a clinical diagnosis based on your history. The cause of “angina” is what tests are for. Angina classically is chest pain over heart that comes on with exercise and leaves with stopping exercise. Your body is talking to u. Listen and take good notes. Share with your Drs and you all will figure it out.

Not really. A stress test or a heart cath for example will definitely rule in or rule out cardiac angina, so far tests reassuring as far as heart causing chest pain.
