Family history; cancer (cousin, grandfather, grandmother), thyroid diseases(my father, aunts, cousins), brain tumor(aunt). there are more, these three most concerning for me. are there any genetic factors, am i at risk?

Each of the things you mention have different genetic causes and risks and modes of transmission. Ask Dr to have you consult an expert in genetic counseling. Get as much detailed info such as EXact types of cancer etc from your family so you and genetic counselor can arrive at the best course of action.
