Not normally. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

If they are enlarged or firm you certainly can, and it is an indication that infection is draining from the mouth and surounding tissues. If you have this issue please ask your medical doctor or your dentist to check it out for you. https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/15749-sialadenitis-swollen-salivary-gland

usually not but if you have a stone blocking/partially blocking it/the duct..it can swell up and thus easily seen/palpable..and you will know it too, especially with meals/eating. if you feel a lump there all the time, get it checked out by doc. Good luck.

Not normally. Usually only if enlarged because of duct blockage, infection, or tumor. If concerned, see your Dentist. Referral to an Oral Surgeon ay be indicated.
