You probably have infection of that molar tooth with reactive tonsillar inflammation (the tonsil's function is same as a regional lymph node). You need to see your dentist ASAP and likely you will need to be treated with antibiotic first.

You may have pericoronitis which is an infection around the gum of an erupting 3rd molar that is impacted; lack of room to erupt straight. Food & debris get trapped in the gums creating an infection which can cause referred pain in the area. Rinse or irrigate with warm salt water (1/2 cup water + 1/2 tsp salt). See the dentist ASAP. You may need antibiotics & referral to an Oral Surgeon. Take care
