Eat well, get an app for you computer that reminds you to stand and work around and work less looking at computer. Some like the tables that let you stand and work as well. Keep you BMI less that 25. Don't smoke or chew or dip snuff. Move to DASH eating plan. See your eye doctor for more recommendations.

Take breaks in between where you rest your eyes and look far away to relax the eyes. Remember to blink often. if eyes feel dry use tear drops.
