Goals in Medicine: Congratulations. Medicine is an incredible way to spend one's life. But, make sure you are doing real things, living fully while you are in school. Get out and meet people you normally would not meet. Do stuff. Volunteer. Let your life teach you to be more open and more kind. This will help when you finally get to apply to both medical school and the residency programs you choose. Be human!

Work hard: Study hard. Make excellent grades. Volunteer. Shadow some doctors. It is very difficult to get into medical school, but with hard work it can be done.
