Without any details it is hard to determine if you really do have an infection. Cloudy drainage, redness, increasing pain and tenderness will be of concern. Your doctor can determine if there is an infection when he examined you. Nothing bad is happened to your body regardless.

If you had an infection at the surgical site for 2 weeks, I suspect that, by now, you would be feel more ill with systemic symptoms like fever & progression of the redness & swelling beyond the operative site. Having said that, do NOT wait until Monday to be seen. Have your surgeon look at this NOW to make sure & start antibiotics (and/or drainage) if warranted.
