How does taking progesterone tablets help when conceiving with pcos? and when are they supposed to be taken? (how many days after ovulation?)

Progesterone tablets: If you need progesterone because your body is making enough after ovulation that's the time to start them. I have patients start progesterone replacement the day after ovulation for 2 weeks.
