Ive psoriasis on 2 fingers of my left palm. i noticed that my palms look more wrinklish. could psoriasis cause this on parts of my palms where i dont any rash? due to ocd i washed hands so often i got them bloody (2years ago). can this be a result?

I doubt that psoriasis is the cause of your palm condition as it typically causes reddening,thickening and dryness. Wrinkling of the palms can be a reaction to sweating and the body reacts by the wrinkling to aid in gripping. A dermatologist can advise you best.
