Ive psoriasis on 2 fingers of my left palm. i noticed that my palms look more wrinklish. could psoriasis cause this on parts of my palms where i dont any rash? due to ocd i washed hands so often i got them bloody (2years ago). can this be a result?

I doubt that psoriasis is the cause of your palm condition as it typically causes reddening,thickening and dryness. Wrinkling of the palms can be a reaction to sweating and the body reacts by the wrinkling to aid in gripping. A dermatologist can advise you best.

There were red spots/rash at the tip of all of my fingers and some spots on my palm and on the side of my feet. When you press on them, they hurt and blanch. After having a sore throat, high fever, and headache, what could've caused this?
The skin is dry and flaky. It peels. On both right & left hands. Systoms also present on the right palm. Been told is Psoriasis. Have tried treating with a fungal cream as well as a cortisone cream without success. Been going on since October 2018?
