I am sorry to read of your discomfort, and at the outset would like to say that as a 20 year old it is unlikely that you have a threatening heart condition. You may indeed be suffering from worry and anxiety. Try exercising at the end of the day and getting enought sleep (8 hours). I suggest going and having a physical exam to be on the safe side.

Yes get a check up. But for now do as a good grandmom would tell you. 8 hrs sleep each day. Exersize comfortable every day , increase as time allows . Eat mostly unprocessed foods, know your calories . Do not smoke Do not dance with stupid ( drugs ) Be open to find the love of your life , and commit to complete truth between you. A good Dr listens to you, find that person .

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!
