There are no reliably effective vaccines against the herpes simplex viruses. That includes experimental vaccines currently being studied. People are highly resistant to new infections with the HSV type they already have. Your oral herpes almost certainly is caused by HSV1, which you will never catch again, even from oral sex with someone else with oral herpes. You remain susceptible to HSV2.

There are HSV1 and HSV 2 with one more likely to affect the lip but could affect the genitals and vice versa. You could be infected by both. You could see your doctor to prescribe medication to reduce the frequency of reactivation of symptoms if you have too frequent reactivations. You could also improve your immunity by good nutrition and stress management to reduce frequency of reactivation.
