I would not attribute those symptoms to oral thrush. Usually a neurological disorder is responsible. Stroke is unlikely at your age. Multiple sclerosis is a possible cause. Covid infection can cause loss of taste and smell. If numbness persists consult a neurologist for evaluation & advice.
