Recurrent skin abscesses are often a sign that your body is colonized with staph germs, often carried without symptoms in the moist nasal passages. Random finger contact between face/nose/body with scratching transfers the staph which then invades hair roots. Bathing every few days with a cup of bleach in your bathwater & applying daily antibiotic ointment to the nose may stop recurrence.
