No, the latter infection is due to viral infection. Those 2 conditions are unrelated, just a coincidence, unfortunately. Covid-19 infection can't be ruled out because the omicron variant infection is still popular but the home antigen test is not sensitive for detection.

Your other problems are from another infection, get tooth extracted, but save it with a root canal if possible. See your doctor for your other problems.

Antibiotics will slow spread of infection, not cure tooth abscess. You require root canal or extraction in addition to pills. See Dentist. You may also have upper respiratory infection from virus, which antibiotics will not cure. See Physician.
