It is not feasible to address your concern without knowing the pills you are taking. There are medically recognized pills for "bloating" If these were prescribed, it would be prudent to talk to the doctor who prescribed these.

Diuretics can cause low blood pressure & low potassium which could lead to lightheadedness & falling. I'm not sure what medication you're taking for bloating, but if they're for preventing intestinal gas buildup, I doubt that they would cause falling. Should you consult your MD to look into your falling?

Dizziness is common to a large number of meds so any pill can make you dizzy. when given in a proper dose a 'water pill' should not make you fall. neither should any pill for bloating
