Someone i know thats a nurse told me once that water pills can make you dizzy and fall when i fell once, i dont take them, ive been taking stuff for bloating and i fell yesterday and wondered if pills for bloating can do the same thing, not taking th?

It is not feasible to address your concern without knowing the pills you are taking. There are medically recognized pills for "bloating" If these were prescribed, it would be prudent to talk to the doctor who prescribed these.

Diuretics can cause low blood pressure & low potassium which could lead to lightheadedness & falling. I'm not sure what medication you're taking for bloating, but if they're for preventing intestinal gas buildup, I doubt that they would cause falling. Should you consult your MD to look into your falling?

Dizziness is common to a large number of meds so any pill can make you dizzy. when given in a proper dose a 'water pill' should not make you fall. neither should any pill for bloating
