Get an eval by GI MD: Left lower abdominal pain with cramps and bloating needs evaluating. Could be inflammatory bowel disease, and ulcer, or just bad food. You did not mention any change in bowel,habits, or blood in the stool. Your doctor will do a rectal exam and may order other testing to determine where this is coming from, and help fix the problem
