Your current prescriber is your only legal way of getting refills, they are both controlled substances, no other physician would be able to prescribe those to you.

Interesting. You want a controlled substance and other prescription drug with no physician exam, records, or other evaluation. Any doc who provided them with such a request could lose their license and their permission to prescribe these drugs. This is a public information site where volunteer docs answer health questions. If you need these things contact your own doc and see what they require.

You have reached a public medical educational site which does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, make referrals, or fill out forms. Both Ambien and Xanax are controlled substances, and must be prescribed face to face by a doctor who knows you well. As mentioned by my colleagues, you need to have this handled appropriately.
