Took ambien (zolpidem) 5mg and alprazolam .5mg at same tonight by accident. also take liptior /lisiopril/levothyroxine daily. took low dose on both. ok to sleep?

Medications: If these are your usual medicines, the doses are low and should not do anything bad except make you more drowsy than usual. Try to mark your bottles or use a pill minder to not get mixed up.
