Given you obviously do not want to get pregnant, I am glad you had an IUD so that you could get proactive in contraception! Cramps and bleeding are common after IUD insertion, and as part of taking Plan B. I would say your chances of pregnancy are low as Plan B and IUD placement close to unprotected sex should work, but it is still a slight possibility. Advil/Aleve should help cramps

You took the right actions to prevent pregnancy and have an infinitesimal risk of pregnancy. Your symptoms should disappear.
