I took a plan b the same day after having unprotected sex 4 days before ovulation. i started bleeding heavy with clots a week after taking the pill. could i be pregnant?

Plan B ?'s: Plan B contains both estrogen and progestin hormones, and will cause some withdrawal bleeding a few days after taking it, but usually not "clots". If your period is delayed, wait about a week after it is "due" and obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.
