It all has to do with context in which you had to start it and now you have to stop it. Usually no need to taper, but best would be to follow your doc's recommendations.

You take this med for just 7 days and dose is small so you can stop it at one. If you want to play a safe, reduce the dose to one a day for 2 days then stop.
