First, it depends in part on the antibiotic: not all are equally likely to promote yeast growth. If effective treatment for your yeast infection has been identified (e.g. like nystatin or caspofungin if resistant to the azole drugs), continuing that new treatment -- or taking it again while on the antibiotic -- may be effective. Discuss with the doctor or clinic treating the yeast problem.
