See answer: Zinc oxide application may take some time to help. Diaper free time also helps. U may need to get an antifungal cream ( now a days available over the counter) like clotrimazole( LOTRIMIN) and try that. If these fail u shd see a pediatrician or a dermatologist and get a proper diagnosis to get proper treatment.
