Once you start AB's: You alter the population of bacterial and fungal populations. Allergies are awful this year leading to protracted sinus/nasal symptoms *not* fixed with antibiotics, but all you report can be caused by not culturing and shot-gun use of antibiotics. Go back and start over. Demand a culture before demanding antibiotics.
