It appears you have Seborrheic Dermatitis, a more active form of dandruff, not uncommon to develop in the external ear canals. It requires 3 x weekly application with a Q-tip and a steroid cream, not ointment. Apply in the ear canal at night and gently clean out with a moistened Q-tip in the morning.
