Female pattern hair: loss probably came to your doctor's mind and your regular doctor put you on spironolactone. Do you have any other findings such as hair growth on the face, infertility problem, acne or high blood pressure? How long have you been on spironolactone? How are you doing with this medication on in terms of gettting benefited and side effects?

PRP therapy can help: Using PRP (platelet rich plasma) from your own blood can help stimulate your hair follicles and promote hair growth. Several treatments are necessary in order to achieve desired results.
