Yesterday i noticed dent in center of my thumb nail bilaterally, other finger and toe nails are normal. no dm, htn and no any other complain. kindly give advise?

Watch it for a couple of weeks. If it is a non-specific observation it might disappear for what you describe is unusual and does not seem cause for concern. But if it changes or other nails get involved you will need to see a dermatologist for the cause.

I wrote I hurt thumb with nail and had little spot of blood covered with transparent skin. Well, I removed that spot with fingers and there was just a normal cut. I put ethanol on it. Do I still need to check? As Ive OCD family wont take it serious?
