Gastroenteritis: Sounds like you have severe gastroenteritis. With the dizziness, you are likely very dehydrated as well. See a doctor as soon as possible to keep you blood chemistries in check and ensure this doesn'f worsen.

See a doctor : See a doctor if it isn't getting better. You probably have gastroenteritis but it could be something else. It sounds like you re getting dehydrated too so you may need IV fluids if you can't keep fluids down.
