Full exam : Full history and exam needed does the room feel like it's spinning around you? Thyroid function, heart rhythm, full physical exam balance and neurological assessment. If worse when lying down may be viral vestibular neuronitis or labarynthitis. Pregnancy test paramount. Good luck.
