I doubt that you can feel lymph nodes "inside" your chest. I would show what ever it is that is causing concern who can examine you and them.

What you described is not consistent with enlarged lymph nodes. In any case, you may watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
