You need to see a doctor ASAP to be certain these symptoms are not related to your heart. You could be having angina, which is when the heart muscle is getting less blood flow than it needs. Keep track of when this is occurring-at rest? With exertion? After meals? etc. If this is a form of angina, it needs to be treated before an actual heart attack occurs so get this evaluated ASAP!
