Hi eaxactly an year back i got a headache that woke me up in the night.the pain was in the lower back of my head. so now very 3-4 mnts i m geting very mild headache & pressure all over the head for a week or more. what could this be.tension headache?

That is possible, however without a full history and exam, so are many other potential causes. If its presence and recurrence is obviously distressing you, then you should get it evaluated by a healthcare provider in-person.

All headaches, including migraines, have either internal or external triggers underlying the events. Important to track down and understand the pathogenesis, so that appropriate therapeutic success can be achieved. Start with your primary doctor, but consider neurological consultation.
