Could be from panic attacks(overwhelming anxiety). As you also has history of SVT, would suggest to see your primary care physician for further evaluation.

Yes , pl see a doctor. SVT , if you have it will be diagnosed by your MD with the help of a monitoring EKG and exam. You are young and chances of you having a serious condition are low. But pl see an MD. Good luck

Do you check your pulse at those times to determine whether it's regular,irregular or rapid ( over 110-120)? If you detect none of these, then you're probably merely experiencing a forceful heart beat but no arrythmias. Avoid alcohol & caffeine. & don't eat for 2 hours before bedtime. For anxiety consider stress management coaching by a mental health professional. See Cardiologist as needed.
