You should see a doctor ASAP for evaluation and treatment. Your symptoms could be due to gastroesophageal reflux (GERD), bronchospasm from any cause (like asthma), heart problem, etc. The treatment will depend on what is causing your symptoms. You will need to be examined and then further testing will likely be needed. So, see a doctor ASAP so that you can get this taken care of. Good luck to you!

May be reflux with or without H pylori a bacteria. Can consider famotidine and or omeprazole . If there is H pylori you would need antibiotics. May also be eosinophilic esophagitis an immune response ot foods or gallbladder though that is less likely. F/U wiht gastroenterology. https://medlineplus.gov/eosinophilicesophagitis.html
