The quick answer is yes. Sexual activity of any type can raise pulse and blood pressure and can result in heart issues. Or the stimulation can trigger feelings of anxiety which can also cause a heavy feeling. However, heart attacks are not that common, especially for a young person. But it is important to explore your cardiac risks, especially since you are concerned. See someone for an evaluation

I suppose it is possible to have a heart attack during or after masturbation because, in fact, it's possible to have a heart attack at any time. But as you are young and likely do not have cardiac issues, the more likely issue is your feelings about masturbation. Guilt? Fear of punishment? The point is that your reaction seems to me to be psychologically determined.

At your age, you are highly unlikely to have a heart attack with or without masturbation. Your feelings related to orgasm are a variation on the normal responses people experience with masturbation. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
