A little bit of plastic wrap melted on food. i removed most of it and i ate it (there might of been a little on it). i try not to make a habit of it. will this cause any long term effects? i read contradictory info on this. i'm worried?

No worries. What I would worry about is all the micro-plastics you are eating now. Review sources online and act on what you learn. Minimize use of all plastics.

No. What you described will not have any short or long term effect on your health. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
