Plastic spoon melted in fried oil and released some small black particles of plastic while cooking. i ignored and ate the food. now i am so nervous if it is dangerous for health or not and if it really cause cancer to eat or inhale melted plastic?

What you described will not have any harmful effect. The plastic you ate will go out with your stools.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
