Sorry: Gas pains are normal after any laparoscopic surgery. We need to fill the belly with gas do we have room to work. Most of the gas pains you are feeling are outside the intestine and can't be passed from below. Best thing is to take your pain medication and get up and walk around. This will help your body break up the gas and reabsorb it.
