Getting your teeth extracted will not cause any nerve damage and local anesthesia is temporary. Most dentists are nice and gentle. Tell them of your fears and they will explain and reassure you or give you something to calm you before the procedure. Relax you will be fine. Good luck.

Suggest you discuss your anxieties with your dentist, who may suggest using a benzodiazepine prior to your procedure. I believe some dentists can do work using Nitrous Oxide anesthesia, but you would have to ask. It is your choice, whether to get definitive treatment or live in fear and pain.

I would also add there is little risk of facial nerve damage or Bell's palsey. There could be a risk of damaging the trigeminal nerve that served the teeth and your lower lip.

Fear re: procedures not uncommon. If you are having your upper teeth and wisdom teeth pulled intraorally (i.e. the usual method) I have not heard of any instances of facial nerve injury as the nerve doesn't run intraorally.

Antibiotic will not cure an infected tooth. As you read this, infection is spreading via blood stream to other organs, harming them. Non of your concerns are viable; problems you describe simply don't happen. Dentist can safely/comfortably help you. Failure to treat will only continue to harm you. Chances of what you describe are less than either becoming President or winning Irish Sweepstakes.
