The most common cause I see is due to low body/blood K due to primary aldosteronism but I specialize in that. If potassium normal(K) and no HBP then this not likely. Obstructive sleep apnea can do same thing. R u taking diuretics in evening. Do you pee more in volume at night than during day can be low K. Get blood K checked.

I recommend consulting a urologist for evaluation and appropriate testing. You may be experiencing prostatism especially if you're voiding only small amounts of urine each time and the stream is weak. Such incomplete emptying of your bladder during bedtime is seen in bladder outlet obstruction from an enlarged prostate. Evaluation will include a urinalysis with a microscopic exam& culture.
