If you did not get any immediate symptoms like choking, cough, shortness of breath, do not be concerned with a little smoke inhalation. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

The smoke may cause irritation of the airway and upper respiratory tract. Rinse nasal passages with Pediatric nasal saline, watch for shortness of breath, wheezing and cough. Please let your physician know and a virtual consultation with Healthtap is available. Keep windows open to reduce the exposure.
