One of my friends sister is 14 years old took one of the two doses for covid vaccine from pfizer. after that day, the next two days she had a fever. then for one month shes been coughing, it only happened after the vaccine, and for one month, why?

The fever may be from the vaccine but not the cough. She also needs her 2nd dose which is given 3 weeks after the first. She should contact her doctor to be examined to figure out what the cough is from. If she was exposed to COVID prior to being vaccinated she may also need to be tested for COVID as the vaccine would then not prevent an infection (but may lessen symptoms).
