My 15 year old sister, was diagnosed with reflux 2 and a half years ago and she didn't take care of it, lately she's been having chest pain and swollen lymp nodes, and hoarsness. could it be hiatal hernia? or barretts? she's taking care of it now?

Please ask your sister to go back to the doctors and get the condition diagnosed and treated. She is not going to get better on her own, and the complications can be life threatening.

Please have her follow up with her doctor. The symptoms you are describing may be partially from reflux but may also be from other causes. It’s important to properly diagnose to have proper treatment and not miss an underlying cause that may get worse.
