What symptoms do you have, if any? How do you know the morphology of your thyroid gland? Why does it need to come out? None of what you described warrants removal of thyroid gland.

Three common indications for thyroidectomy: thyroid cancer, symptomatic goiter and hyperthyroidism (not able to treat with medications or radiation therapy). For sure you do not have thyroid cancer by this biopsy result and you did not mention if you have goiter or hyperthyroidism; furthermore, we usually do not do thyroid biopsy for these 2 conditions.
