Hello i think i have rebound headaches. i stopped taking medications three months ago. i still have tension type headaches nearly every day and stiff neck. what should i do ? should i see a doctor ?

You describe chronic daily headaches. You do not mention names of "medications", but if analgesics, the pattern is explainable. Yes, you should see your doctor and get this handled, as will likely continue if no appropriate intervention.
