HIV has never been known to be transmitted by hand-genital contact, with or without "wounds or sore on hand". You did not need testing. However, it takes a lot longer than 2 weeks for conclusive HIV testing, and best to have lab-based tests, not rapid ones. An antigen-antibody (AgAb, "combo", "4th generation") test at 6+ weeks is conclusive. But you don't need testing anyway, so no worries!
