My menustral cycle ended 2 days ago, now i am experiencing yellow discharge with a mid/heavy flow with strong odor. im taking ibuprofen for the last 2 days aswell. 600mg every 2-4hours for pain.?

Dose of 600 mg of ibuprofen very 2-4 hours is too much, it should be every 6 hours as needed. You probably have vaginitis, please see your primary doctor or preferably a GYN doctor for the correct diagnosis and treatment.
