You may take acetaminophen/paracetamol, no more than 4 g in one day, no alcohol. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. Get vaccinated for Covid about 6 weeks after recovery from Covid-19. Wish you good health!

While antibiotics are not effective against the covid virus, respiratory distress is an indication that you should be considered for treatment with antibody infusion and antiviral medications as well. Ask your physician for instructions.
