Shortness of breath can indicate a serious condition. Your oxygen level is low for someone your age. You should go to either the nearest ER or urgent care center. The doctor there can examine you, do a chest x-ray and figure out what the problem is and treat you. You could have bronchitis or even pneumonia. You could be having a reactive airways problem. So, please go get this checked ASAP!

I agree, please be evaluated. A screening test for viral disease includes Flu and COVID-19 repeat testing. A chest image is also recommended if pneumonia is suspected. Shortness of breath, tachycardia, congestion, cough. Pins and needles in upper body intermittently, but this recently stopped. O2 is normal, EKG is normal. Tested negative for Covid. Is this lingering bronchitis or cause for further concern?
